Banks Technologies provides valuation operations software and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintaining the security of your password and account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Banks Technologies, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You agree not to use the Services:

• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Banks Technologies, a Banks Technologies employee, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Banks Technologies, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Services.

7. Governing Law

All matters relating to the Services and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the jurisdiction in which Banks Technologies is headquartered.
